Decker grew up in the slums of June, his family always poor. Decker didn't grow up with toys and didn't play with the other kids, his mom was never around always working at the factory and his father was a no good drunk. Over the years his solitude from other kids had him play with old circuit boards and gyros, he began to understand technology. He was always going to the old factory junkyard and taking apart old robots and finding parts to take home. His first invention was a light powered water purifier, unfortunatly he didn't tune it correctly and nuked the neighbor’s dog. He continued tinkering with electronics until he finally made his first true friend Skitz at the age of 11, who he had heavily modified over the years.
